Common ThinkPad repairs
- Keyboard replacement
- Screen
- Battery
- Charging
- SSD and data migration
Overheating and fan noise
A Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 that runs hot, throttles or shuts down under load usually needs a deep clean, new thermal paste and, sometimes, a replacement fan. It's a quick job that restores performance and protects the motherboard.
Hinges and casing
A loose or cracked hinge puts strain on the screen cable and casing. We repair hinge mounts and replace damaged hinges on the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 before the damage spreads to the display.
Keyboard and touchpad
Sticky, dead or repeating keys and an unresponsive touchpad are common after spills or heavy use. On the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 we replace the keyboard or touchpad, and check the ribbon cables at the same time.
