The MacBook Pro packs Apple's Pro and Max chips into an aluminium unibody with a mini-LED Liquid Retina XDR screen on 14- and 16-inch models. Storage is soldered to the logic board, which makes careful board-level work essential when one won't power on. On sale from March 2026 with three Thunderbolt 5 ports, HDMI, SDXC, MagSafe 3 and Wi-Fi 7; unified memory is soldered on-package.
