Windows, BitLocker and software
Boot loops, blue screens and failed updates aren't always hardware faults. We repair or reinstall Windows on the Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (2025), keep your files safe, and help with BitLocker recovery keys so encrypted drives stay accessible.
Won't turn on: board-level repair
No lights, no fans, nothing: on the Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (2025), this is often a single failed component on the motherboard. We diagnose power faults at component level and repair the board rather than replacing it, which is usually much cheaper.
Charging and USB-C ports
If the Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (2025) only charges at a certain angle, or not at all, the charging port or the power circuit behind it is usually the cause. We replace worn ports and test the charging circuit so the problem doesn't come back.
