Screen replacement
Cracked glass, lines across the picture or a black screen with sound still working: we replace the display panel on the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 AI (PHN16-73) and test it fully before handing it back. If the fault is the display cable or backlight, we fix that instead of fitting a whole new screen.
SSD, upgrades and data
Running out of space or slowing down? Where the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 AI (PHN16-73) allows it, we fit a larger SSD or more memory and clone your system across. If the drive has failed, our data recovery service tries to save your files before anything else.
Windows, BitLocker and software
Boot loops, blue screens and failed updates aren't always hardware faults. We repair or reinstall Windows on the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 AI (PHN16-73), keep your files safe, and help with BitLocker recovery keys so encrypted drives stay accessible.
