Windows, BitLocker and software
Boot loops, blue screens and failed updates aren't always hardware faults. We repair or reinstall Windows on the Acer Aspire 7, keep your files safe, and help with BitLocker recovery keys so encrypted drives stay accessible.
Hinges and casing
A loose or cracked hinge puts strain on the screen cable and casing. We repair hinge mounts and replace damaged hinges on the Acer Aspire 7 before the damage spreads to the display.
Liquid spills
Turn the Acer Aspire 7 off straight away, unplug it and don't try to turn it back on. The sooner we can open it, clean the board and replace corroded parts, the better the chance of saving it. Liquid-damage repairs are outside our warranty, but any new parts we fit are covered for 90 days.

Questions
How much does a Acer Aspire 7 repair cost?
It depends on the fault. Typical ranges are shown above, and we always give you a fixed quote after a free diagnostic, before any work begins.
How long will it take?
Our normal turnaround is 24–48 hours, and often same day if we have the part. We'll give you a time when we quote.
Will I lose my files?
We never wipe or reinstall without asking. If the drive is involved, we back up or recover your files first.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. Liquid-damage repairs are excluded, except for any new parts we fit, which are covered for 90 days.
